Mr. Zohar Yami, a partner with Tefen, is the general manager of Tefen's Romania office, responsible for business development and account management activities. Zohar has over ten years of operational excellence and project management experience. Zohar has in-depth expertise in all aspects of the operations with an emphasis on Lean & Six Sigma methodologies within the areas of supply chain including sourcing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, information systems and supply chain planning. His experience includes working for seven years in Tefen’s US operation where he led a number of global enterprise-wide Lean Sigma transformations working with over 25 Fortune 500 companies. Within his client base are world class companies such as Sony, Pfizer, Amgen, Seagate, Applied Materials, Varian inc, Freescale, Chiron, Schneider Electric, Apax Partners, Silgan Containers, Imation and Genentech, to name a few. Zohar holds a B. Sc in industrial engineering and information systems management and is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
