As a key element of our performance improvement activities, Tefen offers a range of Project Management courses, including PMP® training for the PMI® certification exam and Project Management courses tailored to the client's needs.

PMP Training Course

The PMP training course focuses on introducing the methodology, tools, and processes as defined in the PMBOK methodology and as reflected in the PMP exam.

PMI's PMP certification is granted by the PMI Association for all candidates meeting the professional criteria of Project Management experience and successful completion of the PMP exam. The PMP certification is recognized and honored by numerous institutions worldwide. Tefen's PMP training prepares course participants for the PMP certification exam by giving them solid and executable knowledge in the Project Management arena.
Tefen is a certified R.E.P (Registered Education Provider) by the PMI®.

Custom Made Project Management Courses

Tefen offers custom training sessions for the assimilation of improved Project Management practices. All of our Project Management training courses provide workshops and case study exercises, and are instructed by highly qualified and experienced instructors.

In order to maximize the effectiveness of the Project Management training Tefen delivers, comprehensive, hands-on coaching sessions are given to our clients. During these coaching sessions, the Project Management tools and methods are implemented in the ongoing projects throughout the organization.
