Pete Caldwell, Partner and General Manager of Tefen UK, started his career in an international project management role with Federal Mogul in 1994, then in manufacturing management for the Harman Group. He joined Tefen in 2000 where he ran Tefen’s Life Sciences business across Europe for three years, during which time he also acted as an Industrial Fellow and Senior Research Associate for Cambridge University. He took responsibility for Tefen’s UK operation in 2011. Pete holds a B.Eng. from Exeter University, a Master’s degree in operations and management from Cambridge University, and an accountancy qualification from ACCA. He is also six sigma black-belt qualified with the ASQ.

Graham Page, Partner of Tefen-UK, has 13 years' experience in supply chain, manufacturing and project management primarily within the life sciences and automotive sectors. His career began at Unipart Logistics managing lean supply chain projects for MG Rover, Jaguar and Unipart Automotive. Building on his experience in Lean, 6 Sigma and the practical implementation of improvement concepts, Graham moved into management consulting with Tefen in 2005. He has since specialised in operations excellence and running performance improvement programmes primarily within the life sciences, general manufacturing and transportation sectors. Graham has a degree in Management Science from Aston University, an MBA for the London Business School and a 6 Sigma Black Belt.

Hezi Ovadia is a Finance Director of Tefen. Hezi serves as the Finance Director overseeing the group international subsidiaries including Italy, Germany, Poland and the UK. He has over 10 years of financial management expertise overseeing daily activities in risk management, control and review of budgeting, planning & reporting, international tax planning, M&A activities and legal affairs. Prior to his position at Tefen, Hezi worked as a Finance Director with a firm of consultants and prior to that as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Hezi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting from the College of Management and is a certified public accountant.
