Thomas Guglielmo, partner for Tefen USA’s healthcare sector, has over seven years of management advisory services experience with an emphasis on supply chain management, operations management, and organizational design. He has led several engagements on the topics of supply chain/demand chain strategy, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management within the biopharmaceutical industry and has helped these companies design, develop, and implement these strategies. Prior to joining Tefen, he worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ management consulting practice. Some of his previous client experience includes Pfizer, Amgen, Stryker Biotech, Massachusetts General Hospital, Human Genome Sciences, Baxter Healthcare, Women and Infants’ Hospital of Rhode Island, Woman’s Hospital of Baton Rouge, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Unilever. Tom received his B.S. in packaging engineering from Michigan State University.
