Aaron Lichtenstein
Aaron Lichtenstein is the founder and CEO of the Tefen Group. Since co-founding Tefen in 1982, Aaron has been leading organizational growth and establishing Tefen's reputation as a leader in the management consulting industry. Throughout his 25 years of consulting activity, Aaron personally led dozens of global large scale management programs, and innovatively pioneered many of the unique management strategies and operations analysis used by Tefen worldwide. Aaron holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Eli Pelleg
Eli Pelleg is the Corporate COO and a shareholder at Tefen, having over 25 years of experience in the management of large-scale multidisciplinary performance improvement projects. Eli was part of Tefen's founding team and led the company's global breakthrough establishing Tefen USA, where he served as the first President. Eli is currently responsible for Tefen's international growth and business development and is personally active in major consulting projects. Eli holds an MBA from Bradford University and a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Alan Erskine
As Managing Director of Tefen UK, Alan leads our work with service sector clients across Europe. He has a BA in business organisation from Heriot-Watt University. His early career was spent with logistics company, TNT. He then spent six years as a management consultant in the London Office of Deloitte Haskins & Sells. For the next 15 years he was the Founder and Managing Partner of Erskine Management Consultancy, which was acquired by Tefen in January 2007. Alan has considerable experience in business strategy and operations management within service environments. He works with customer-driven organisations, devising and implementing strategies and change programmes that enhance the customer experience and create agile, cost effective service chains. His most prominent clients include Bosch, British Airways, Centrica, Go-Ahead Group, Metropolitan Police, National Express Group, Scottish Water and Virgin Atlantic.
Anat Sever
As GM of Tefen Israel, Anat Sever brings over 27 years of management consulting experience to the company. She is responsible for continuously growing Tefen Israel's activities throughout the services and manufacturing industries. Anat has extensive experience working hand in hand with the highest levels of both private and governmental organizations to perform large scale performance improvement projects. Anat holds a B.Sc. in mathematics from the Technion - Israel Technology Institute.
Dr. Heiko Frank
Dr. Heiko Frank holds a doctorate in business management from the University of Augsburg. In 1989 he started his own company focusing on marketing and sales strategies. In his 18 years of experience, Dr. Frank has executed over 320 projects and has been an advisor to the World Bank, EU and UN. Through the establishment and development of international offices, and the management of complex international projects, he is well-acquainted with international topics. In 2001, he integrated his stock corporation into the Venture Consulting Group, which became part of Tefen Management Consulting in October 2007.
Alessandro Di Fiore
As senior partner and Chairman of Tefen Europe, Alessandro is responsible of setting the direction of the organization, driving profitable growth and customers. He acquired extensive international experiences within large corporations both in the USA and Europe. Since 2000 he has been the founder and CEO of Venture Consulting, a strategy consulting company focused on sectors with technological discontinuities. He is the founder and chairman of StrategiQs Edizioni Srl, a publishing and education company focused on management and strategy. He holds a PPL from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc in Economics from Federico II Naples University.
Paolo Cervini
Paolo Cervini, Partner and Managing Director of Tefen Italy, brings over 15 years of management consulting experience to the company. After 5 years at Gemini Consulting, he co-founded of Venture Consulting (2000), which merged with Tefen in 2007. During his career he led projects in business strategy, value-based management, turnaround, supply chain, purchasing, M & A and operational excellence. He developed a sound experience in several sectors, working with corporations such as Nestle, Rhodia, ERG ART'E-FMR, Intesa Sanpaolo, Edizione Holding and RCS. Paolo Cervini holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
Erez Tova
Erez Tova is a Partner with Tefen, serving as the Corporate CFO. Prior to this position Erez was the CFO of Tefen Israel, Tefen UK and Tefen Poland. He brings over 10 years of financial management expertise, overseeing the daily activities in risk management, planning & reporting, international tax planning, and legal affairs. Prior to his position at Tefen, Erez served as a Senior Auditor at KPMG. Erez holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business and Accounting from the Tel-Aviv University and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
