Aaron Lichtenstein
Aaron Lichtenstein is the founder and CEO of the Tefen Group. Since co-founding Tefen in 1982, Aaron has been leading organizational growth and establishing Tefen's reputation as a leader in the management consulting industry. Throughout his 25 years of consulting activity, Aaron personally led dozens of global large scale management programs, and innovatively pioneered many of the unique management strategies and operations analysis used by Tefen worldwide. Aaron holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Eli Pelleg
Eli Pelleg is the Corporate COO and a shareholder at Tefen, having over 25 years of experience in the management of large-scale multidisciplinary performance improvement projects. Eli was part of Tefen's founding team and led the company's global breakthrough establishing Tefen USA, where he served as the first President. Eli is currently responsible for Tefen's international growth and business development and is personally active in major consulting projects. Eli holds an MBA from Bradford University and a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Anat Sever
As GM of Tefen Israel, Anat Sever brings over 30 years of management consulting experience to the company. She is responsible for continuously growing Tefen Israel's activities throughout the services and manufacturing industries. Anat has extensive experience working hand in hand with the highest levels of both private and governmental organizations to perform large scale performance improvement projects. Anat holds a B.Sc. in mathematics from the Technion - Israel Technology Institute.
Dr. Heiko Frank
Dr. Heiko Frank holds a doctorate in business management from the University of Augsburg. In 1989 he started his own company focusing on marketing and sales strategies. In his 18 years of experience, Dr. Frank has executed over 320 projects and has been an advisor to the World Bank, EU and UN. Through the establishment and development of international offices, and the management of complex international projects, he is well-acquainted with international topics. In 2001, he integrated his stock corporation into the Venture Consulting Group, which became part of Tefen Management Consulting in October 2007.
Paolo Cervini
Paolo Cervini, Partner and General Manager of Tefen Italy, brings over 15 years of management consulting experience to the company. After 5 years at Gemini Consulting, he co-founded Venture Consulting (2000), which then merged with Tefen in 2007. During his career he led several projects in business strategy, M&A, company turnaround and operational excellence. He is responsible for continuously growing Tefen Italy's activities across different sectors and accounts. Paolo holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
Thomas Guglielmo
Thomas Guglielmo, Partner and President of Tefen USA, has over ten years of management advisory services experience in operations management, supply chain management, and organizational design within the healthcare and life sciences industries. .He has led several engagements on the topics of supply chain/demand chain strategy, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management within the biopharmaceutical industry and has helped these companies design, develop, and implement these strategies. Prior to joining Tefen, he worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ management consulting practice. Some of his previous client experience includes Pfizer, Amgen, Stryker Biotech, Massachusetts General Hospital, Human Genome Sciences, Baxter Healthcare, Women and Infants’ Hospital of Rhode Island, Woman’s Hospital of Baton Rouge, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Unilever. Thomas received his B.S. in packaging engineering from Michigan State University.
Pete Caldwell
Pete Caldwell, Partner and General Manager of Tefen UK, started his career in an international project management role with Federal Mogul in 1994, then in manufacturing management for the Harman Group. He joined Tefen in 2000 where he ran Tefen’s Life Sciences business across Europe for three years, during which time he also acted as an Industrial Fellow and Senior Research Associate for Cambridge University. He took responsibility for Tefen’s UK operation in 2011. Pete holds a B.Eng. from Exeter University, a Master’s degree in operations and management from Cambridge University, and an accountancy qualification from ACCA. He is also six sigma black-belt qualified with the ASQ.
Erez Tova
Erez Tova is a Partner with Tefen, serving as the Corporate CFO. Prior to this position Erez was the CFO of Tefen Israel, Tefen UK and Tefen Poland. He brings over 10 years of financial management expertise, overseeing the daily activities in risk management, planning & reporting, international tax planning, and legal affairs. Prior to his position at Tefen, Erez served as a Senior Auditor at KPMG. Erez holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business and Accounting from the Tel-Aviv University and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
