A national Organization for emergency medical services, blood bank services, and humanitarian activity.

Background
The organization has never invested any time and effort in strategic planning and thus had many initiatives. Tefen was contracted to help the organization go through strategic process and provide a five years strategic plan

Challenges

• A complex organization whose environment is influenced by opposing forces
• The organizational structure and culture do not support the maximization of its resources
• Many internal initiatives with no guidelines drove the organisation to different unrelated areas and thus blurred the organisations path

• Clarified the organization vision and thus mapped the organization’s core activities
